Michelle Irving is a pioneer in the chronic illness space and the founder of two companies: Career and Chronic and Chronic Illness At Work. With over 15 years of experience in mentoring and executive coaching, Michelle supports professionals navigating their careers while living with chronic illness.

Her work is grounded in her own lived experience — including being bed-bound twice in the past decade — and is backed by formal professional training. She has mastered the art of navigating work in an empowered, strategic way, including how to off-ramp for medical reasons and successfully on-ramp back into your career.

Her mentoring and training programs are trusted by individuals, teams, and organisations committed to optimising sustainable career pathways for professionals living with chronic illness.
